Write to team@impactfulcanine.com. Include the email on your account, what you were trying to do, and any error shown. Do not send your password.
Sign-in trouble
New members can create a no-charge profile with Google or Apple. Existing members can keep using their email and password. If the verified email on a social account matches an existing member account, the identities are connected automatically. Email support if you are sent to the wrong profile or cannot reach your existing account. Apple may hide your email or omit your name; in that case, onboarding lets you review or replace the neutral temporary display name. Never send your password.
Safety reports
Use Report beside the post, comment, Community Chat message, discussion, event, video, profile, or private message involved. That sends the exact reported item to Rick and the moderators; reporting a private message does not open the rest of the conversation to staff. Use Blockbeside another member's content, on their profile, or inside a private conversation to stop new contact. Review or undo blocks under More → Blocked Members. If you cannot sign in, email support with the member name and a short description. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
